This Workshop will focus on the history of Yoga Nidra, the physical and psychological benefits of Yoga Nidra, various methods for achieving the state of conscious relaxation necessary to fully utilize Yoga Nidra, and will also include a session where you will be guided through an active participation in The Yoga Nidra practice.
