Victoria Ngo Border

 

Victoria dabbled in yoga throughout college, but it wasn’t until she sustained a serious knee injury when she realized the healing power of the practice. After moving to San Diego, Victoria discovered the joys of vinyasa yoga and a consistent practice in early 2012. She loves the challenges that yoga presents and strongly believes in being a student of the practice, constantly working to fine-tune her alignment and find balance within her body, and encourages her students to do the same. It’s not about how deep you go in a pose…it’s about connecting to your breath, moving in a way that’s safe for your body, and having fun. Victoria has completed both vinyasa and yin teacher trainings and enjoys introducing the concept of yin in order to balance out the yang of our everyday lives.
