When Paul's wife suggested he take a proactive approach to wellness, he tried a yoga class.   Paul says: "I didn't think I had the patience or body type, but that was the beginning of my yoga journey.  The physical yoga practice (Asana) helps strengthen, elongate muscles, improve balance, and develop proper alignment.   The cerebral aspect of yoga brings clarity of thought and freedom from mind chatter. We all need to feel healthy to function at a higher level. Yoga makes the mind body experience available to everyone.  We each can create our own environment of inner peace through meditation.  I'm passionate about sharing the benefits of Yoga and beauty of the measurable improvements we make each day in our lives.”
