Patrick discovered yoga in early 2012, back when he thought it was merely a form of stretching. Since then, in conjunction with completing his 200-hour YTT in 2016, he has come to see and understand all the different, multi-faceted aspects of a yoga practice. He believes in maintaining alignment and a strong foundation for each individual’s body over attempting to push towards “gram-worthy” postures.
