Natasha first found yoga about 10 years ago on the beach after moving to San Diego from Las Vegas. Her favorite hobbies include activities such as weight training and backpacking trips; after giving birth in 2017, she wanted to explore additional outlets to balance her energy, both physically and mentally, and began deepening her yoga practice.
In 2019, she completed her 200 hour vinyasa yoga teacher certification with Bird Rock Yoga to commit to a lifelong journey as a student. Natasha believes yoga is a tool to reset and strengthen to be a stronger person, both on and off the mat. She invites you to explore your body while grounding yourself through your “dance”, being fluid, lighthearted and connecting your breath, movement, and mind.
