Michael Birmingham, Personal trainer and 500 hour yoga instructor, has been teaching yoga full time for 4+ years. He is a bit of a yoga and fitness nerd and enjoys reading about yoga and cooking, and taking workshops. Michael trained with Helen Cloots and Stacey McCarthy (a student of Pathabi Jois). He holds certifications in personal training, nutrition and a degree in Applied Health & Kinesiology. good.
