Kristina first found yoga in 2008, as a way to still her teenage mind. Over a decade later, she is infinitely grateful for the opportunity to share this practice with others. Whether teaching in studios, schools, or with therapy clients, Kristina invokes the deep wisdom and awe of the practice in every aspect of her life possible. She is SO excited to be back in her hometown of San Diego, and to teach at BRY, where she practiced when visiting home for many years. Kristina’s classes flow between challenge and deep release, but more importantly, they are intended to help us drop in to the present moment together -- to help us return to remembrance, connectedness, and balance.
