Kellie Rogers

Kellie started practicing yoga in 2009 as an additional workout method to other sports and activities. She practiced on and off for many years and eventually it evolved into personal daily practice. What once served as a way to gain flexibility had now turned into a passion and lifestyle, and the best way to find balance in every aspect of her life. With her daily yoga practice she established an amazing love and relationship with herself, and with that was later moved to share her experience with others on their way to self love and discovery.  She completed her 200 hr YTT in beautiful Lake Atitlan, Guatemala in the spring of 2016, mainly focusing on Vinyasa. Her style has since transformed into a more slow, steady and strong flow, aiming to invite space into the mind, body, and spirit. She is passionate about all things heathy and healing, and also practices Reiki which is incorporated into her classes as well. 


Aside from yoga and healing, Kellie spends her time creating. Whether it be painting, drawing, sewing or making jewelry - she is always finding ways to expand and allow creative energy to flow into everyday life. She is also passionate about the festival and Burning Man community which has shown her love and changed her life in many ways. She is supremely grateful for this incredibly supportive space that allows her to explore her yogic and creative paths.
