Jennifer Banta

 

Jennifer started her yoga practice slowly and as a complement to her other physical activities.  She began to explore her practice in more depth and knew that she had found something meaningful to challenge her physically and calm her mind.  Yoga became her primary physical outlet.  

 

After graduating from a 200 hour alignment-based teacher training in 2016 she immediately began teaching and soon expanded her training to include Yin Yoga.  Jennifer is excited to share, help, and guide others as they discover what yoga can do for them personally.
