Erica Butterfield


Erica completed her 200 hour vinyasa yoga teacher training at Bird Rock Yoga and has also completed the trauma based training through the Prison

Yoga Project. She loves vinyasa yoga because there is a meditative breath to movement flow that allows the space to find quiet in the mind, and for that hour of practice she is able to let go of all the lists in her head and just find some peace. Erica’s warm, welcoming, and friendly energy will encourage even the

most apprehensive of students to try something new. She loves to create sequences that are natural, intuitive, and mindfully paced providing accessibility for students of all levels.
