Ellie’s Vinyasa classes are warm and down-to-earth with flowing sequences. She encourages students to take the calm and inspiration they find on their mats into their everyday lives.
Ellie arrived at her first yoga class in 2010 skeptical and unable to touch her toes. Years of competitive junior and college tennis left Ellie with nagging injuries. Something needed to change. It didn’t happen overnight, but as yoga became part of Ellie’s routine she began to find relief. What kept her coming back was the peace she found in her mind and body through her yoga practice. Yoga evolved into her passion, and she completed her 200 RYT with Prana Yoga Center in La Jolla. She is thrilled to have found a home at Bird Rock Yoga!
