Caitlin is a 200-hr Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher based in San Diego, CA. She first discovered yoga in 2011 in a final attempt to heal her chronic back pain and would practice here and there to keep the pain at bay. It wasn’t until 2017, when she suffered from post-partum depression following the birth of her son, that she experienced the healing benefits that a regular yoga practice has on both the body and the mind and has dedicated herself to the practice since. Caitlin’s approach to yoga is focused on balance between physical practice and mindfulness. She weaves thought-provoking meditations throughout her vinyasa flow classes, so you can expect to physically awaken the body and find inspiration to live each moment more mindful- on and off of the mat.
