Ana Wang

Ana began her yoga journey in 2010, and although it started as a purely physical outlet, she noticed the great mental benefits that accompanied a regular practice. Her yoga has permeated all aspects of her life and has become a continuous exploration of acceptance, patience, and resilience, but above all, a commitment to gratitude, compassion, and connection. Ana completed her 200-hour training with Sol Yoga and immediately began teaching classes, eager to share all the benefits that yoga has brought to her life with others. She aims to create a comfortable space for her students to explore and deepen their own practices while maintaining safe alignment and a sense of humor.
