A yoga practice that encompasses beginning dance fundamentals and freedom of movement. We will play with moving balances, shifting and releasing of weight and breath control. Groove bop and hop to your own breath and expression.

$54 for all 4 Sessions or Drop-in to a single session $17.

Align right and core-tastic basics to flight

Curious as to how some yogis seem so at peace on their hands?  Don’t you want to conquer your fears and join in the fun? Learn the muscles involved and how to isolate them to build strength and flexibility.

There will be assessments and detailed KEY tips (aka cheat codes) to getting into and holding arm balances.  With the guidance of safe instruction, props, some wall and partner work, you will learn how to develop a strong foundation to go upside down with stability and consistency.  Class will begin with an all levels Vinyasa sequence to heat up the body and bring awareness to the target areas and then progress to a breakdown of arm balances, headstands and forearm & hand stand preps.
