Did you know that in 1931 a doctor claimed he found a cure for cancer, and he had the studies to prove it?  

Every one of us has been affected by cancer in some way. What most of us aren't aware of are the many ways we can naturallyprotect us ourselves, and those we care about, from this disease. We have become so accustomed to popping pills and following the advice of mainstream medicine, that these natural cures have been sadly forgotten. This one hour workshop will teach you simple, but very effective, ways that you can protect yourself, through the foods you eat, and the way you treat your body. You can't afford to miss this! 'Cancer protective' prizes will be raffled off!

Anatomy Workshop with Rachel Krentzman

1pm-5pm $75

Rachel is co-owner of Embody Yoga in Bird Rock, and has over 15 years of physical therapy and yoga experience. In this workshop she will focus on spine, hips and shoulders, and address concepts of stretching, contraindications, common injuries (you know you've all gotten the "what can I do if my &^%? hurts in *%^@ pose???") and how to properly sequence a class to maximize benefits and reduce risk of injury or plateauing. Please help pass along the word to any serious yoga practitioners and/or teachers that may want to partake.
