Saturday - classes cancelled all day
Sunday - 11:00am class scheduled, and Meditation, all other classes cancelled

Since 2003 Bird Rock Yoga in Pacific Beach has created a community through the practice of Yoga. We offer 3 different levels of Vinyasa Flow. In addition to our regular scheduled classes we also offer Teacher Training Programs, retreats, and workshops as a means to deepen personal practices.

We found our first home in Bird Rock, La Jolla and since 2005 have found a NEW HOME in Pacific Beach San Diego very close to feel the energy from the ocean. Our home has grown into a lovely space to feed the need of the communities continuing practice and support of yoga.
